Who we are

Homle is a home maintenance app that helps homeowners track and manage their home maintenance tasks. You can reach us at hello@hellohomli.app.

What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to run the app:

• Information you provide: your name, home address, home type, and age when you set up the app.
• Home photo: stored locally on your device only. We never upload it to our servers.
• Task data: your home maintenance tasks and completion history, stored locally on your device.
• AI queries: questions you send to Homle AI (including any photos) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not store these queries.
• Notification preferences: your reminder time and days, stored locally.

What we don't collect

• We do not collect your precise location beyond the city/region you enter during setup.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Third-party services

• Anthropic: powers the Homle AI feature. Photos and questions you submit are processed by Anthropic. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Google Places: used for address autocomplete during onboarding. See Google's privacy policy.
• Expo / EAS: used to deliver app updates and push notifications.

Data storage

Your task data, home details, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a backend database that stores your personal information.

Children's privacy

Homle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
